Gillian is a community builder, collaboration leader, and champion of happiness. With experience spanning restaurants, corporate offices, and nonprofits—working every role from hourly employee to manager—she’s experienced firsthand what makes teams thrive. Her passion for people, combined with extensive training in improvisation, has given her a unique perspective on team dynamics, culture, and the power of working better together.
Cecilee knows what it’s like to feel disconnected at work. From shoe repair to event planning, from janitor to business owner, she’s seen how a lack of real connection drains motivation and stifles creativity. But when people feel like they belong, everything changes—morale soars, ideas flow, and businesses flourish.
